Rahul Kankariya passed out of ILS Law College, Pune with First Class in Law (LLB) in 2003. His pursued his post-graduation (LLM) from University of Pune in 2008. To add further value to his profile, he undertook Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indira International Distance Education Academy in 2012.

Possessing a rich experience of over 17 years, Rahul has worked with various renowned Real Estate brands in Pune. His expertise lies in Property Law and Litigation.

He is head of legal department at Gera Developments Pvt. Ltd. There he is directly involved in not only vetting agreements, but also drafting them. Additionally he has been leading several due diligence, resolving critical litigations, RERA implementation and driving consultant advocates and solicitors for the organisation.
