• Handled civil disputes, 138 of NI Act, Recovery suits etc.,
• Gave various legal opinions to financial institutions regarding the title of property, interpretation of laws Acts etc.,
• Relocated to Dharwad in July 2009 and appeared before the High Court Circuit Bench, Consumer forum, Civil Courts etc.,
• Expertise in drafting various agreements, deeds and other instruments in English and native language.

• Karnataka State Souharda Federal Cooperative Ltd., is the statutory regulatory autonomous body under Karnataka Souharda Sahakari Act, 1997, the liberal cooperative legislation of Karnataka.
• As the functional Head of state level statutory body, exercising many regulatory powers confirmed under the Act
