I am a retired Class-I officer from the post of Under Secretary from Govt. of India, retired in June 2012. Thereafter worked in the Ministry of Rural Development, Department of Land Resources, dealt with allocation of plan funds to State Govts. under the Plan Scheme Integrated Watershed Management  Programme and Desert Development Programme. 

      Presently living a retired life and doing trading in Stock Market. Having interest in legal practice in matters of law. And helping people in paperwork for their legal cases.
