I am a practicing advocate. I deal with cases in Taxation law like Direct Taxes (Income Tax and Wealth Tax) and Indirect Taxes (Excise, Custom, Service Tax, VAT and CST etc.), Company Law, Labour Law, Banking Law etc., Societies & Firms,Co-operative Societies, Copyright, Trademark and Patent, Consumer complaints before district forum, appeals before State commission, Drafting, presenting and registration of all types of deeds and documents, agreements, memorandum etc documentations, legal consultancy and opinion, and few other fields of law. I appear for cases at various places within Muzaffarpur and Patna. I have qualified CA- Final (first Group) and also University Topper in Master of Commerce (2009-10 batch).  I am also pursuing Ph.D. in Commerce. I am teaching Taxation Law paper for CA-IPCC since last 8 years under the banner of CA ACADEMY, Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
