Dear Expert,

My mother who had 3 acres of agricultural land has expired in Feb 2013. My two sisters claim that she had written "WILL" giving the land to them. But I seriously doubt that it is a forged one with back date or they are misleading me or it was done under coersion as she was suffering from cancer. How can I challenge the Will and how can I get a copy of the same. As per revenue records, the land is stil in my mother's name.
