Vipul Singhvi is presently a Law Associate at the office of Assistant Solicitor General of India at the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan and is licensed to practice in all jurisdictions in the Country. His areas of practice include Commercial Taxes, Direct and Indirect Taxation including Central Excise and Service Tax matters. He also deals in all kinds of Constitutional matters, Civil, Corporate Law, Labour Law, Arbitration & Reconciliation, Intellectual Property, Land Acquistion, Cooperatives, Contracts & Agreements, Banking Law, Consumer Law, Divorce and Accident Cases. He is grand son of Renowned Lawyer Mr. Makhtoor Mal Singhvi. He also works in the chamber of his father who also practices in High Court and Lower Courts.
He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and graduated from J.N.V.U, Jodhpur. He completed is Honors in Commerce and also holds a degree in Law. He has worked as Trainee cum Article Assistant with B.M. Kothari & Co. Mr. Vipul Singhvi is Swashion of the year award holder presented by Swash and Harding University School of Business, Searcy, Arkansas, U.S.A. in 2006. He has also trained Chartered Accountants in CPE Hours course when he was the then student of I.C.A.I.
He is a prolific speaker, debater, orator and has been awarded The Best Presentation award as also the Best Student Award by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Vipul Singhvi is frequent lecturer on the subjects of the Art of living life besides the subjects of law. He also acts as counselor.
He resides at Mohanpura, Jodhpur with his Lawyer father and working mother.
