I am an enrolled solicitor of England and Wales (NP) and Attorney in the field of IP, IT laws, contract management, corporate and litigation since last 8 years. I have represented SMEs, newly formed firms/companies, authors, media companies, film producers, IT / Software companies, product manufacturing companies, service provider companies, proprietors etc. in variety of legal matters, both in litigation and corporate deals.

I am an alumni of premier academic institutes like ILS Law College (Pune), King’s College London (UK), Oxford Institute of Legal Practices (OXILP).

I have handled high profile Intellectual Property matters like copyright infringement in movies and TV shows / serials, registered trademark and copyright infringement matters, design registration related matters, publishing, recording and artist agreements, licensing and assignment of well known brands, advising on various legal queries, inventions, IT laws related matters, legal due diligence etc. I have got extensive experience in drafting, pleadings in the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB), Trade Marks and Copyright Registry, High Court and Intellectual Property Appellate Tribunal and appearing & arguing before the said authorities.

Initially, I have worked with Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(TCSL) and internationally well known law firm named Jehangir, Gulabbhai, Bilimoria and Daruwalla. At TCS I handled dual profile of Global Contract Management and matters related to corporate and Intellectual Property, both within India and at an international level. I acted as a key decision maker in legal matters related to trademarks, copyright, agreements, designs, branding and domain names in various countries. She has expertise in drafting, vetting and negotiating deeds, documents, complicated deals, software related agreements, master service agreements, employment agreements, lease, licence, sale deeds, Vendor agreements, Teaming agreements etc.

I have shared panel with late T. N. Daruwalla (Senior Advocate & Solicitor) in Gaja-Baja seminar organized by Shubha Mudgal and other celebrities from Music Industry in Oct, 2010. I act as a guest speaker and visiting faculty on legal issues concerning Entertainment sector laws, corporate and commercial laws, media laws, trademark, copyright, branding, patent, arbitration, international law, property laws in in premier academic institutes in India and UK.
