This is to introduce myself. To start with I have worked and trained under renowned senior advocates of India. I have worked with Senior Advocate KTS Tulsi, and assisted him and his team in drafting various applications, complaints and various other legal documents. My job also included the case based research work, which helped the office in preparing case matters. In his chamber i got an opportunity to work on high profile cases such as Maruti Manesar plant case, Uphaar tragedy case, etc.
Before gaining knowledge on the criminal aspects under the esteemed guidance of Mr. Tulsi, i worked with another senior advocate practicing in the Supreme Court of India, Mr. Rakesh Munjal, to gain experience on the civil laws which included debt recovery matters, property disputes, and assisted him in preparing various cases. During my law these two working experiences made me an excellent draftsman and researcher. My learning has been purely research based. These experiences helped me in understanding the law, its analysis, and its application in a better way.
After the completion of my law, i joined S.C. Ladi & Co., where i have worked on various civil matters and assisted the senior in court appearances and case laws, which is based in Delhi, where i worked as a Corporate Associate and gained experience on the Corporate Laws. On this position i was given an independent project for Microsoft, where, my job was to provide consultation to Microsoft on various legal aspects which included their various employees schemes, reviewing of their contracts, advice them on consumer matters which were initiated against the company, along-with other legal assistance required by them. Besides this I have assisted various lawyers from other countries who required assistance in order to understand Indian laws. Also, i have reviewed and prepared various legal documents which includes Shareholders Agreement, Asset Purchase Agreement, Lease Agreement, Consortium Agreement, Construction Agreement, other documents.
However, currently, based on my experience and legal knowledge & expertise, I started my own practice. I do have experience in arguing before the High Court of Delhi, and various district courts of Delhi and other forums/tribunals.
