She earned Bachelor's Degree in Law from National Law School of India University, Master’s Degree in Law, LL.M  from The University of British Columbia,Canada. She also holds Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Symbiosis institute of Management Studies, India. She has Extensive experience and understanding of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents and government regulations. She has been practicing Corporate Law since 2010 - founder and adviser of several companies and NGOs. Since 2010, strategic management adviser for several institutions in India,Europe and USA.

She is an International speaker in several areas such as: strategic management; e-Commerce entrepreneurship; venture capital; business development; business citizenship; sustainable integration of disable people.She has deep interest in ARBITRATION, and ADR.
