I am but a victim of false case of Defamation where I know that the Exception 1 & 9 of the IPC 499 & 500 are in my favor. What was provided to the Cyber Crime department was just 10% of the information. After almost 9.5 years of service, I was back-stabbed by the company which I had brought from nothingness to what it is today. The lawyer who I trusted and have known since the last 31 years turned out to be biggest back-stabber. I had told him that what I did is considering the two exceptions of IPC 499 and IPC 500. I was terminated as the Sr. Manager Projects. My salary was not paid for the 7 months that I was in the hospital with a fractured skull. I was told to rest for the month of September 2013 on Septermber 05, 2013 and resume duties from October. Instead I got a termination letter 3 days later. I wrote in emails to the USA owner and the Indian handler about all I had done for the company, but there was no response. Once on a call I swore by my parents that whatever I've said is true now you swear that you are telling lies. This did not happen by the person on the other end of the phone. I sent all the email communication that I had been doing along with the call recording to all the clients that I had handled in the 9.5 years. The Cyber Crime department was only given the email sent to the client excluding the phone recording. When I demanded my gratuity, I was told that I have served only five years so I will get the gratuity for five years. I was employed with V-Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. in October 2005 which later came with a subsidiary as aMarketforce India Pvt. Ltd. I have till today not given a resignation from V-Soft and I do not remember getting communication from V-Soft or aMarketforce that the people employed with V-Soft will now be the employees of aMarketforce and the benefits would be carried forward to the employee as aMarketforce. Both the companies are from California with presence in Ahmedabad, India.
