We have deep understanding of EPF and MP Act 1952, ESI Act 1948, Factory Act 1949, Payment of wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, Labour Complementation's Act, and more. We also have proficiency in Payroll Processing and Maintenance of Labor Records- (statutory compliance under various labour laws). We have an efficient team of dedicated and result-oriented consultants having in-depth knowledge of outsourcing and maintain the statutory records including applications, follow up measures and eventual remittance to resolve the related problems.
