Mr. U K Singhal who has got experience of more than 20 years is the founder promoter of Sigma Legal Group. He is a Law Graduate from Delhi University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (1994 batch).  Initially, he served as a practicing Company Secretary and then diversified in business Litigation as a Corporate Advocate. He is a registered member of Delhi High Court Bar Council. With the vast experience and contacts in corporate sector, he got in-depth knowledge and experience of successful litigation in the related fields of law.

His core area of practice includes Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Right (IPR) Law and Arbitration proceedings. He is also acting as legal advisor to various big corporate houses and banks.

He has good knowledge and skill of using technology for the betterment of Corporate Sector. It is a result of his slog and supervision that company firm has got legal retainership of so many Indian as well as Foreign companies.

Mr. Akshit Gupta is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a Law Graduate and a Diploma holder in MBA, Finance.

He is a Practicing Company Secretary with a rich experience of more than 8 years in all Company law matters. His core area of practice includes Corporate Laws, ROC matters, Intellectual Property Right (IPR) Laws and liaisoning with ROC, RD, Official Liquidator, Reserve Bank of India, MCA etc.

With the vast experience and contacts in corporate sector other professionals like Company Secretaries & Chartered Accountants; he got in-depth knowledge and experience of Secretarial Audit, Compliances for Client Companies and Corporate & and rendering of Consultancy on Secretarial, Company Law, Taxation & FEMA matters. He is trying to serve the Institute (NIRC) through taking part in various NIRC activities and membership of various working Committees of NIRC from last couple of years.

Mr. Anand Prakash is a Law Graduate and enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He is practicing as an Advocate in Delhi High Courts, District & Session Courts & various forums in Delhi as well as other states of India.  He is practicing since 1991 in all legal matters specifically in Writ Petition matters, Property Disputes, Family Law, matrimonial matters, Consumer cases, Criminal matters, bouncing of cheques matters, Civil recovery matters etc.

His core area of practice includes Writ Petitions, Family disputes and service matters.

Mr. Mohit Gulati is a Law Graduate from Delhi University and also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is practicing as an Advocate in District & Session Courts in Delhi & Haryana.  He practices in Criminal matters, bouncing of cheques matters, recovery of debts matters, matrimonial matters, Motor Accident Claims etc.

His core area of practice includes Civil Laws and Criminal Laws involving big corporate(s).

Mr. Rahul Garg is a Law Graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a practicing company secretary and with good experience of Company law matters and Liaisioning with ROC, Stock Exchange etc. and expert in Trade Mark & Copyright matters.

He has a vast experience in Takeover of Companies and has a good grip on corporate drafting.

Mrs. Shikha Aggarwal is a Law Graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is a practicing company secretary and with good experience of Company law matters and Liaisoning with ROC & other Company Law matters.

Mrs. Sheetal Singhal is a Cost Accountant and a Post Graduate in Commerce. She is handling in-house various accounts & finance related matters.

Mr. Anil Goel is a Law Graduate and practicing as an Advocate in Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and other National Tribunals. Mr. Vikas Tiwari is a Law Graduate from Lucknow University and practicing law in various courts of Delhi and NCR and he is having vast experience in Civil law relating to Contract laws, banking laws, DRT, SARFESI, Commercial Agreements/Disputes, Labour and Industrial Disputes, Real Estate and Municipal Laws, Domestic and International Commercial Arbitration, Service law etc.

Ms. Parul Gupta is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is a practicing company secretary and with good experience of listing compliances and routine company law compliances. She is having good liaisoning with ROC, Stock Exchange etc.

Mrs. Neha Bansal is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a practicing company secretary and with good experience of Company law matters and liaisioning with ROC & other Company Law matters.
