Ashwini Kumar, Advocate 

Ashwini Kumar is an independently practicing advocate in Delhi, NCR. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and his areas of expertise are Litigation, Arbitration, and Corporate Advisory. He completed his graduation in law from I.L.S. Law College, Pune in First Class and thereafter completed his LL.M. from Fordham University School of Law, New York (USA). He passed the New York State Bar Exam held in July 2010 and began working as a judicial clerk with Justice Paul G. Feinman of the New York Supreme Court.  

He began his Indian law practice in 2011 before the Supreme Court and has since been working in the Delhi NCR region. He joined as an associate at Lex Infini, a Delhi based law firm with the firm’s IPR practice where he worked for four years and was promoted as the Junior Partner of the firm.  He began his independent practice in 2016 and primarily focuses on litigation in the areas of Intellectual Property Law, Commercial transactions, Family Law and Arbitration. 

He is an avid traveler and has extensively traveled across India and abroad.  He enjoys reading, photography, philosophy and adventure.

He is married and lives in Gurugram, Haryana.
