i am a postgraduate in english literature  and law from Meerut university  and have retired as a senior reader from the Depatt . of  Law from Meerut College, Meerut..Have been the Founder Coordinator of the Department of Legal studies at the campus of C.C.S university(formerly known as Meerut University), where I am still teaching as visiting professor .I am member of Indian Law Instittute since 1975..Iam also an Advocate registered at Delhi Bar Council but after initial two years  practice did LL.m and  chose a teaching carrear .i enjoy doing and guiding research in various subjects related to law.
