State), Drug License and expertise in securities law, FEMA compliances and regulations. Before forming the

firm, he was associated with various corporates in Delhi. He has extensively travelled out of state on

professional engagements. We have our business presence across India and networking with fellow

professional firms to ensure timely deliverables to our valuable clients. His major assignments in recent

times include listing of securities and Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), appointment of the

directors through Regional Directors, dealing with the National Company Law tribunal, Reserve Bank of

India with various matters. He is a prestigious member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Bachelor

of Law and Bachelor of Commerce from Dyal Singh College. He is well known in the areas of client

interaction, business development, dealing with issues of project management, and administration and direct

taxation.
