Ms. Kinjal Shrivastava a litigation lawyer, is an alumnus of Bhartiya Vidhyapeeth, New Law College Pune, from where she has successfully completed her BA.LLB (Hons.). As part of her legal training during the law course, she was fortunate enough to intern under various law firms and great lawyers like Mr. Harish Salve & Mr. Salman Khurshid. After completing her law in 2018 she was campus placed at Avantis Regtech Pvt Ltd Pune, as Legal Compliance Associate. Coming from Litigation background she was always fascinated and inclined towards litigation, and hence after working with the firm for 6 months she moved to Delhi to pursue her dream as a practicing Lawyer. In 2019 she got herself registered with Bar Council of Delhi and since then she has been presenting her firm and handling matters pertaining to civil, matrimonial, commercials litigation, RERA, arbitration etc. at various forums from the District Courts, Tribunals to the High Court of Delhi. She also takes up Pro-Bono matters and her forties lies in providing best legal solutions to her clients.
