i am principal at university model school located at Darbhanga in Bighar.Before 31ST JULY 2007, I WAS WORKING AS POST GRADUATE TEACHER IN ENGLISH AT JAWAHAR NAVODAYA VIDYALAYA,NEW DELHI  UNDER MHRD,GOVT OF INDIA ON REGULAR BASIS.IN RESPONSE TO THE ADVERTISEMENT PPUBLISHED IN LEADING NATIONAL NEWSPAPER BY MAULANA AZAD NATIONAL URDU UNIVERSITY FOR THE POST OF PRINCIPAL IN ITS MODEL SCHOOL,DARBHANGA, I APPLIED THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL AND WAS SELECTED FOR THE POST.i tendered my technical reesignation from the post of PGT AT jawahar navodaya vidyalaya and joined the new possst of principal at model school under the pay scale of 10,000-15,200 as advertised in the newspaper by the university. for first one year, i was paid my emolument under same scale but later on i received a letter from the university stating that my appoinment order has been modified and i am redesignated as principal grade-ii and my pay scale is reduced from 10,000.-15,200 to 8000.-13500 without assigning any reason.i was verbally told that it was due to AUDIT OBJECTION on the ground that at the time of appoinment,the school was in the stage of primary and hence no post of principal should exist in that higher scale.I WAS VERBALLY ASSURED THAT AS SOON AS THE SCHOOL IS UPGRADED TO SECONDAY STAGE, I WOULD BE GROUGHT BACK TO MY PREVIOUS SCALE.

i objected to such drastic decision of the university and wrote several leters of protest and requested the competetnt authority to bring the decision back but i did not get any reply to dozens of my letter.I ma accepting the lower scale under written protest.

Pl. help me in getting the legal solution to this arbitrary decision of the university-which is central in nature and fully funded by govt of india through ugc
