In my case in the Co-Op Court the Hon'ble Judge has metnioned ex-party order and reply in the ROZNAMA against Opponnents.  The Opponents didnot rasie the issue for approx 2 years, the case is still pending. When I raised the issue,the Hon'ble Judge has kept the matter for heareing in the next date. Is it right to say that since the Opponents have not responded to ROZNAMA on ex-party order within one month and now 2 years passed, What next tep should I place berfore the COurt against the Opponents. Another thing is that the said Opponent has now rsigned from the MC and after 2 years asked for exemption from case as Opponent. Please advise
