Advocate Rajesh Tandon, a retired colonel from Indian Army presently, has vast exposure to service matters, including Court Martial. Today lakhs of pensioners in the recently introduced system of SPARSH are reaping the benefit of regular and timely deduction of TDS by SPARSH software being managed by Controller of Defence Accounts (Pension) Allahabad which was on account of the intervention of this officer at the highest level with Income Tax Authorities i.e at the level of Central Board of Direct Taxes and at the level of Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA). In another notable case, Advocate Rajesh Tandon got relief to a soldier in a cheating/harassment case in a land matter of a soldier at the hands of a Property Dealer in a quick time frame without the soldier getting into litigation.
