Hi, My name is Sunil Pathak, I am an Engineer by profession, was always very very afraid of courts, probably because I believed that it is meant for criminals only. But I do not know why, my fate has compelled me a regular visitor of courts fighting with a bogus case with Central Bank of India. Central Bank of India had given false affidavit and obtained judgement in 2002. Now even after giving documentary evidence, no one including CMD is having enough courage to accept the mistake.

Probably this is known as fate.
