Section : Abetment of offenders.

76. Abetment of offenders.Any person subject to naval law who abets the commission of any of the offences specified in sections 34 to 74 shall, whether the act abetted is committed or not in consequence of the abetment, and where no express provision is made by this Act for the punishment of such abetment, be punished with the punishment provided for the offence. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Ins. by Act 53 of 1974, s. 15. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 337
