Section : Act to override the provisions of other laws.

32. Act to override the provisions of other laws.-The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any contract, express or implied, or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any law other than this Act, and notwithstanding any custom or usage to the contrary. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 2.
