Ad hoc Bar Council for Gujarat High Court.- Notwithstandinganything contained in this Act, the Chief Justice of the High Court ofGujarat shall nominate the members of the first Bar Council under thisAct for the High Court of Gujarat and the members so nominated shallremain in office for a period of twelve months.]---------------------------------------------------------------------1.
