Act No : 16

Section : Adjudication of penalties.

15. Adjudication of penalties.--All penalties incurred under this Act shall be adjudged by a Magistrate or 1*Commissioner of Police as aforesaid, and all orders made under this Act by such Magistrate or 1*Commissioner of Police shall be final.
