Section : Administration during minority of several executors or residuarylegatees.

245. Administration during minority of several executors orresiduary legatees.-When there are two or more minor executors and noexecutor who has attained majority, or two or more residuary legateesand no residuary legatee who has attained majority, the grant shall belimited until one of them shall have attained his majority.
