Section : Administration until will produced.

240. Administration until will produced.-Where no will of thedeceased is forthcoming, but there is reason to believe that there isa will in existence, letters of administration may be granted, limiteduntil the will or an authenticated copy of it is produced.---------------------------------------------------------------------1 Added by Act 17 of 1931, s. 2.
