27. Advisory services. The National Housing Bank may provide advisory services to the Central and State Governments, local authorities and other agencies connected with housing, in respect of-- (a) formulation of overall policies aimed at promoting the growth of housing and housing finance institutions; (b) legislation relating to matters having a bearing on shelter, housing and human settlement. 435
