Section : Agreement between road-authority and promoter as to repair of roadway.

13. Agreement between road-authority and promoter as to repair of roadway. Subject to the provisions of any order for the time being in force with respect to the matters mentioned in section 7, sub-section (2), clause (g), the road-authority and the promoter may from time to time enter into agreements as to the keeping in repair of the whole or a part of a road traversed by a tramway, and as to the proportion to be paid by either of them of the expense of keeping the road or part in repair. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Subs. by the A.
