18.Allocation of reserved seats reserved and delimitation.- The State Government shall carry out the determination of the 'boundaries of the wards in a municipality and the allocation of seats, reserved in favour of the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and women among the wards in the prescribed manner. 13
