10. Amendment of Fourth Schedule to the Constitution. On and from the appointed day, in the Fourth Schedule to the Constitution, in the Table,-- (a) for entries 19 to 22, the following shall be substituted, namely:-- "19. Manipur .. 1 20. Tripura .. 1 21. Meghalaya .. 1 22. Delhi .. 3 23. Pondicherry .. 1 24. Mizoram .. 1 25. Arunachal Pradesh .. 1"; (b) for the figures "228", the figures "231" shall be substituted. 1075
