2[24.Appeals. An appeal shall lie within such time and in such manner as may be prescribed- (a) to the chief electoral officer, from any order of the electoral registration officer under section 22 or section 23,3*** 3* * * * * --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Subs. by Act 47 of 1966, s. 10, for s. 23 (w.e.f. 14-12-1966). 2 Ins. by Act 40 of 1961, s. 3 (w.e.f. 20-9-1961).
