Section : Application of certain sections to certificates.

309. Application of certain sections to certificates. The provisions of sections 228 to 231 (inclusive) shall apply to and in relation to every certificate issued by the Central Government under sections 299, 5*[299A,] 300, 301 and 302 in the same manner as they apply to and in relation to a certificate of survey. --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.
