Section : Application of provisions of sections.

33H. Application of provisions of sections. The provisions of section 22, 23, 24 and 25 and the rules, if any, made thereunder shall, so far as may be, apply in relation to an ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Ins. by Act 68 of 1982, s. 32 (w.e.f. 1-2-1983). 74K Inspector and a Government Analyst appointed under this Chapter as they apply in relation to an Inspector and a Government Analyst appointed under Chapter IV, subject to the modification that the references to "drug" in the said sections, shall be construed as references to 1*[Ayurvedic, Siddha or Unani] drug".
