Section : Application to Registrar where Sub-Registrar refuses to register onground of denial of execution.

73. Application to Registrar where Sub-Registrar refuses toregister on ground of denial of execution.-(1) When a Sub-Registrarhas refused to register a document on the ground that any person bywhom it purports to be executed, or hid representative or assign,denies its execution, any person claiming under such document, or hisrepresentative, assign or agent authorized as aforesaid, may, withinthirty days after the making of the order of refusal, apply to theRegistrar to whom such Sub-Registrar is subordinate in order toestablish his right to have the document registered. (2) Such application shall be in writing and shall be accompaniedby a copy of the reasons recorded under section 71, and the statementsin the application shall be verified by the applicant in mannerrequired by law for the verification of plaints.
