Section : Bar of further applications in certain cases.

44. Bar of further applications in certain cases. Subject to the other provisions contained in this Act, where an application made by a displaced debtor under section 5 or under 86 sub-section (2) of section 11, or by a displaced creditor under section 13 has been dismissed, no further application for the same purpose shall lie.
