Section : Bar to appointment of second curator for same property.

204. Bar to appointment of second curator for same property.-Ifthe Judge of any district has appointed a curator, in respect of thewhole of the property of a deceased person, such appointment shallpreclude the Judge of any other district within the same State fromappointing any other curator, but the appointment of a curator inrespect of a portion of the property of the deceased shall notpreclude the appointment within the same State of another curator inrespect of the residue or any portion thereof: Provided that no Judge shall appoint a curator or entertain asummary proceeding in respect of property which is the subject of a125summary proceeding previously instituted under this Part beforeanother Judge: Provided, further, that if two or more curators are appointed bydifferent Judges for several parts of an estate, the High Court maymake such order as it thinks fit for the appointment of one curator ofthe whole property.
