Section : Bar to enforcement of Part against public settlement or legaldirections by deceased.

206. Bar to enforcement of Part against public settlement orlegal directions by deceased.-Nothing in this Part shall be deemed toauthorise the contravention of any public act of settlement or of anylegal directions given by a deceased proprietor of any property forthe possession of his property after his decease in the event ofminority or otherwise, and, in every such case, as soon as the Judgehaving jurisdiction over the property of a deceased person issatisfied of the existence of such directions, he shall give effectthereto.
