Section : Care of naked lights.

312. Care of naked lights. No person shall set a naked light on or near any building in any public street or other public place in such manner as to cause danger of fire: Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to prohibit the use of lights for the purposes of illumination on the occasion of a festival or public or private entertainment.
