Section : Case to be decided by three Judges.

31. Case to be decided by three Judges.-Every such case shall bedecided by at least three Judges of the High Court, if such Court bethe High Court at any of the presidency-towns; and the petitioner andrespondent may appear and be heard in the High Court in person or byadvocate or vakil.
