Section : Case to state necessary facts and documents, and suit to be stayed.

30. Case to state necessary facts and documents, and suit to bestayed.-Every such case shall concisely set forth such facts anddocuments as may be necessary to enable the High Court to decide thequestions raised thereby, and the suit shall be stayed until thejudgment of such Court shall have been received as hereinafterprovided.
