93. Certain persons exempt from arrest by Court.The President 1* * * the Governors of 2[ Madras]3[Bombay and 4[West Bengal]], 5* * * and the Chief Justices and Judges of the High Courts 6* * * shall not be liable to arrest by order of the Small Cause Court.
