Delhi Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Act,2002

Section : Claims Commissioner.

48. Claims Commissioner.-The Central Government may, by notification, appoint a Claims Commissioner for the purpose of adjudicating upon claims for compensation in respect of accidents involving the death of, or bodily injury to person, or damage to any roperty arising out of the working of the metro railway.
