Section : Conclusiveness of application for probate or administration ifproperly made and verified.

275. Conclusiveness of application for probate or administrationif properly made and verified.-The application for probate or lettersof administration, if made and verified in the manner hereinafterprovided, shall be conclusive for the purpose of authorising the grantof probate or administration; and no such grant shall be impeached byreason only that the testator or intestate had no fixed place of abodeor no property within the district at the time of his death, unless bya proceeding to revoke the grant if obtained by a fraud upon theCourt.
