Section : Conditions of valid notice.

236. Conditions of valid notice. - (1) A person giving the notice required by section 235 shall specify the purpose for which it is intended to use the building to which such notice relates.(2) No notice shall be valid until the information required under the sub-section (1) and any further information and plans and undertakings which may be required under bye-laws made under this Act have been furnished to the satisfaction of the Chief Executive Officer, along with the notice.
