Section : Constitution of Committees.

37. Constitution of Committees. Where any authority of the University is given power by this Act or the Statutes to appoint Committees, such Committees shall, save as otherwise provided, consist of the members of the authority concerned and of such other person, if any as the authority in each may think fit.
