Constitution of Corporation.
4. Constitution of Corporation.- The Corporation shall consist of the following members, namely:-- 4*[(a) a Chairman to be 5*[appointed] by the Central Government; (b) a Vice-Chairman to be 5*[appointed] by the Central Government;] (c) not more than five persons to be [appointed] 6*** by the Central Government; (d) one person each representing each of the 7*[8*[States] in which this Act is in force] to be 5*[appointed] by the State Government concerned; --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.
