Construction of notifications, etc., issued underenactments.- Where, by any 2*[Central Act] or Regulation, a power toissue any 5*[notification,] order, scheme, rule, form, or bye-law isconferred,---------------------------------------------------------------------1. Subs. by Act 18 of 1928, s. 2 and Sch. I, for "by it".2. Subs. by the A. O. 1937 for "Act of the G. G. in C.".3. Subs., ibid., for "Acts of the G. G. in C.".4. Cf. s. 31 of the Interpretation Act, 1889 (52 and 53 Vict., c. 63).5. Ins. by Act 1 of 1903, s. 3 and Sch. II.24then expressions used in the 1*[notification,] order, scheme, rule,form or bye-law, if it is made after the commencement of this Act,shall, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,have the same respective meanings as in the Act or Regulationconferring the power.
