4*[30.Construction of reference to laws not in force before 1st April, 1951 in Part B States. Any reference in this Act to any law which did not extend to any Part B State or any part of such State before the commencement of --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Ins. by Act 44 of 1959. s. 3 (w.e.f. 1-8-1960). 2 Subs. by Act 44 of 1972. s. 4, sub-section (3) (w.e.f. 1-9- 1972). 3 Subs. by s. 13, ibid.. for the original s. 29 (w.e.f. 15-10- 1956). 4 Ins. by s. 14, ibid. (w,e.f. 15-10-1956). --------------------------------------------------------------------- 28 the Part B States (Laws) Act, 1951 (3 of 1951), shall wherever neces- sary, be construed as including a reference to the corresponding law, if any, in force in that State, or, as the case may be, any part thereof, before the said date.]
