Section : Costs of conviction.

56. Costs of conviction. (1) In case of any conviction under this Act, the convicting Magistrate may order the offender to pay the costs of the conviction in addition to any fine or expenses to which he may be liable. (2) Such costs may be assessed by the Magistrate and may be recovered in the same manner as any fine under this Act.
