Countries to which Load Line Convention or Safety Convention applies. 3*** The Central Government, if satisfied,-- (a) that the Government of any country has accepted or denounced the Load Line Convention or, as the case may be, the Safety Convention; or (b) that the Load Line Convention or, as the case may be, the Safety Convention extends, or has ceased to extend to any territory ; may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make a declaration to that effect. 1* * * * *
